I am blessed to have experienced a lifetime filled with beautiful members and clients. I have had the opportunity to lead them down my path of health to promote well being, peacefulness and a sense of accomplishment. I am fortunate to have been able to take my craft to the lovely island of Oahu, Hawaii. 

The beautiful island of Oahu and the diverse cultures and people I will forever cherish.  I lived there three and a half years teaching various fitness modalities.  Additionally, I achieved education working with Diabetics and those who are impaired with Neurological Disorders.  I took that education and training back to the mainland and currently teach classes for those with Parkinson's, MS, Dystonia, Alzheimer's, Dementia, post stroke, Autism, Down Syndrome and other Neurological Disorders.
